MachineValley Sigma Mixers, also called Sigma Kneaders, take on the jobs a regular mixer can't: putty, sealants, adhesives, rubber, and other thick pastes. Two 100 mm thick SS casting blades turn at a 1:1.25 ratio inside an SS 304 chamber, driven by a helical gearbox. A hydraulic tilt handles discharge. The range runs from SM-50 to SM-1000, 100 L to 1000 L gross.
