Horizontal Plough-Shear Mixer blends dry powders, granules, and damp materials in a horizontal drum. Plough-shaped blades throw the material up and across the drum while it turns. We build these mixers in five sizes, from 500 kg to 5 tons, and most batches are done in 10 to 20 minutes.

MachineValley's High Shearing Mixing Reactor runs two agitators at once. A high-speed rotor spins inside a stator, and that's where the actual shearing happens: friction and collision break the material down. Meanwhile, a slower anchor arm with triangular blades scrapes the kettle wall so nothing cakes on the sides, wetting the powder as it goes instead of letting it clump at the bottom.
