Vertical Bead Mill grinds and disperses pigments, fillers, and other solids down to sub-micron and even nanometer sizes, using ceramic, glass, or metal beads inside the chamber. It handles wet grinding and dispersion in one pass that used across paints, inks, coatings, and chemical processing.

10 Liter Vertical Bead Mill
TVM-10 is a compact, entry-level Vertical Bead Mill with a 10L chamber and 10 HP motor, ideal for lab-scale and pilot-batch grinding trials.
15 Liter Vertical Bead Mill
TVM-15 features a 15L chamber, 15 HP motor, and FENNER pulley drive, delivering consistent 2- 5 L output for small to mid-size production batches.
25 Liter Vertical Bead Mill
TVM-25 offers a 25L chamber and a 25HP motor with a heavier impeller set, providing higher throughput of 2-6 Ltr for mid-scale industrial batches.
30 Liter Vertical Bead Mill
TVM-30 is the flagship model, built with a 30 HP motor, dynamic gap separator, and AODD pump for continuous, high-volume industrial production at 3-7 Ltr output.
Outlet allow bead retention during discharge, and the chamber can be flushed with a compatible solvent or water (depending on the product) between batches. Full bead and chamber cleaning is done periodically per maintenance schedule.
TVM-10 handles both. While it's the smallest chamber size in the line, it's built for production-scale grinding, not just lab or pilot testing.
Vertical mills suit smaller batch volumes and easier bead loading/unloading; horizontal mills are better for high-volume, continuous production.
Bead choice depends on target particle size and product hardness. Finer beads (0.3–0.8mm) suit nanometer targets; larger beads (1–2mm) work for coarser dispersion. Ceramic (zirconia/zirconium silicate) beads are common for most paints and inks; glass beads suit lower-cost, less abrasive applications.
