MachineValley supplies tile adhesive plants in Delhi at three automation levels. The manual line uses a hopper, screw conveyor, and ribbon blender with hand-operated discharge and bagging (1000–3000 kg/batch). The semi-automatic line adds a storage silo and paddle-controlled bagging (1–5 TPH). The fully automatic line runs two screw conveyors, a helical-agitator blender, and an automatic packer under the silo (2–10 TPH).
MachineValley's tile adhesive plants for Delhi are available in three configurations based on required output and level of automation.
The manual line (1000–3000 kg/batch) consists of a raw material hopper, screw conveyor for material transfer, and a ribbon blender for mixing, with discharge and bagging carried out manually. This configuration suits lower daily output requirements.
The semi-automatic line (1–5 TPH) adds a storage silo after mixing and paddle-controlled bagging, reducing manual handling at the packing stage while keeping the mixing setup similar to the manual line.
The fully automatic line (2–10 TPH) uses two screw conveyors for material feed, a helical-agitator blender for mixing, and an automatic packer positioned under the storage silo, removing manual intervention from both mixing and bagging.
All three configurations can be adjusted for local raw material specifications, including cement grade and sand moisture content typically used in Delhi-based production.
