Three plant types, three levels of automation. Manual: hopper, screw conveyor, ribbon blender, hand bagging, 1000–3000 kg per batch. Semi-automatic: same feed and mixing, plus a silo and paddle-controlled bagger, 1–5 TPH. Fully automatic: twin conveyors, helical-agitator blender, automatic packer under the silo, 2–10 TPH. MachineValley builds all three as a Tile Adhesive Plant Manufacturer in Telangana.
Manual comes first. A hopper holds the raw material and feeds it into a screw conveyor, which carries it to a ribbon blender. Once mixed, someone discharges and bags it by hand. Output tops out around 1000 to 3000 kg per batch. It's the cheapest way to get a line running.
Semi-automatic changes only the back half. Feed and mixing stay the same hopper, conveyor, ribbon blender. But after mixing, a storage silo holds the product and a paddle-controlled bagging unit takes over packing. That gets throughput up to 1 to 5 TPH without adding staff at the packing end.
Fully automatic changes more. Two screw conveyors replace the single unit, keeping feed steady even at higher volumes. A helical-agitator blender does the mixing instead of the ribbon blender. Output goes into a silo, and an automatic packer mounted underneath handles the rest. Capacity: 2 to 10 TPH, with no manual work at any stage.
