Manual (1000–3000 kg/batch): hopper, screw conveyor, ribbon blender, hand bagging: lowest equipment cost, more labour. Semi-automatic (1–5 TPH): same feed and mixing, plus a silo and paddle-controlled bagger less labour at packing. Fully automatic (2–10 TPH): two conveyors, helical-agitator blender, automatic packer under the silo: minimal labour throughout.
Lower cost, more labour, or higher cost, less labour that's the trade-off across MachineValley's three tile adhesive plants for Kashmir.
The manual line (1000–3000 kg/batch) is the cheapest to install. A hopper feeds a screw conveyor into a ribbon blender, and once mixed, the product is discharged and bagged by hand. Labour cost is higher relative to output, but there's little equipment to invest in upfront.
The semi-automatic line (1–5 TPH) shifts that balance. Feed and mixing are unchanged, but a storage silo and paddle-controlled bagging unit replace the person at the packing station, trading a moderate equipment cost for lower ongoing labour needs.
The fully automatic line (2–10 TPH) goes further: two screw conveyors, a helical-agitator blender, and an automatic packer fitted under the silo remove manual work from the entire process. Equipment cost is highest here, but so is the output per operator.
