MachineValley supplies all three configurations to manufacturers across Jharkhand. Manual: hopper, screw conveyor, ribbon blender, hand bagging, 1000 to 3000 kg per batch. Semi-automatic: same feed and mixing, plus a silo and paddle-controlled bagger: 1 to 5 TPH. Fully automatic: two conveyors, helical-agitator blender, automatic packer under the silo: 2 to 10 TPH.
At the smallest scale, MachineValley's manual tile adhesive line handles 1000 to 3000 kg per batch. Material moves from a hopper into a single screw conveyor, which carries it to a ribbon blender for mixing. Discharge and bagging happen entirely by hand, keeping this the lowest-cost line to install and operate.
The semi-automatic line covers 1 to 5 TPH. Its feed and mixing components are identical to the manual line same hopper, same conveyor, same ribbon blender. The difference sits downstream: a storage silo collects the mixed product, and a paddle-controlled bagging unit handles packing without an operator standing at the discharge point.
The fully automatic line is built for 2 to 10 TPH. Two screw conveyors maintain a steadier feed than a single conveyor can manage at this volume, and mixing shifts to a helical-agitator blender. Output collects in a storage silo that feeds directly into an automatic packer mounted underneath it, removing manual handling from both mixing and packing entirely.
